1200mm Prismatic Battery Pack Stacking and Pressing Machine
I. Function Overview
1)The ZW-FKDD01 machine is designed for stacking and compressing prismatic lithium cells.
2)Operators manually place end plates, insulation plates, and single cells in sequence onto the stacking platform.
3)Once stacking is complete, pressing the “Start Compression” button activates the electric cylinder controlled by the PLC system.
4)The cylinder automatically applies pressure based on the signal from the pressure sensor and stops when the preset force or displacement is reached.
5)The operator then ties the upper and lower forming steel bands to secure the stack.
6)After strapping, pressing the “Return” button allows the electric cylinder to release and return to the standby position.
7)The stacking, compressing, and strapping process is thus completed.
