1. Equipment Description
This equipment can be used for the grooving process of rechargeable Ni-MH (Nickel-Metal Hydride), Ni-Cd (Nickel-Cadmium), and cylindrical lithium-ion batteries. The grooving machine controls the coordination of various cylinders through the PLC, intermediate relays, and time-delay relays. The motor drives the main body to rotate at high speed, automatically grooving the cylindrical steel shell containing the battery cell uniformly.
