270*350mm Zirconia Hammer Mill For Material Crushing
Working Principle:
The rotor of the hammer crusher consists of the main shaft, disc, pinion shaft, and hammer. The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. After the material enters the crusher, it is crushed by the impact of the rapidly rotating ring hammers within the crushing chamber. The crushed material simultaneously gains kinetic energy from the ring hammers and is thrown towards the crushing plates at high speed, undergoing the first stage of crushing. It then falls onto the screen plate and is subjected to shearing, compression, grinding, and mutual collisions between the ring hammers, resulting in further crushing of the material.
Product Features:
1. Hammer head, spindle, crushing chamber inner wall, and screen mesh can all be made of materials selected by customers
2. The feeding hopper and discharging hopper are made of 304 stainless steel material (the inside of the discharging hopper can be sprayed with PTFE)
3. The crushing chamber hammer adopts a fixed hammer design mechanism, which increases the stability of the equipment, with 6 hammer heads
4. The outer holes of the sieve are designed to be larger than the inner holes to prevent material blockage
5. The equipment comes with a 4mm sieve plate
The sealing performance of the equipment and the thickness of the cavity have been greatly enhanced, increasing the stability and sealing of the equipment
