5 Channel Pouch Cell Resistance and Voltage Sorting Machine
Ⅰ、Introduction
The 5-channel pouch cell sorting machine is an automatic sorting system designed for pouch battery cells. It is compatible with various pouch cell sizes and supports efficient multi-cell grading and sorting. The machine uses an internal resistance tester to measure AC-IR and OCV values of each cell. Based on the parameters preset in the upper computer software, the system automatically analyzes the test results and sorts cells into different channels according to their grades, enabling precise and efficient cell classification.
The equipment integrates a feeding mechanism, barcode scanning system, testing module, and automatic sorting system. It also supports data scanning and storage for traceability. The upper computer software can be customized according to user requirements, allowing automatic collection and sorting of cells into designated trays or collectors based on group settings. With simple operation, high sorting accuracy, and high efficiency, this machine is an ideal solution for pouch cell grading and quality control.
Ⅱ、Overview of work steps:
The sorting machine consists of a feeding mechanism, a scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, a leveling and cutting mechanism, an automatic sorting mechanism, and a unloading mechanism. Firstly, the entire battery is manually placed on the feeding assembly line. The feeding assembly line sends the batteries one by one to the scanning area for scanning and binding. Then, they go to the testing area for data testing and bind the scanned data with the QR code. After the testing is completed, the sorting and handling mechanism puts the batteries of different voltages into the sorting assembly line and flows them into the corresponding gear bin. This cycle of work continues.
