5T Automatic Four Column Thin Film Hot Press Forming Equipment
Introduction
The hot press forming machine adopts a four-column and three-plate open space. The four columns are combined with precision sewn guide sleeves. It is a professional equipment developed for the IMD industry (in-mold decorative inlay injection molding technology) and the forming of film, PET, PVC and other sheet materials. It uses far-infrared radiation to uniformly heat the sheet materials, and then through a constant temperature device, the oil cylinder pressure makes them instantly formed. This machine can be used for both forming and punching by simply changing the mold.

Home appliance industry: control decorative panels for rice cookers, washing machines, microwave ovens, air conditioners, refrigerators, etc.
Electronics industry: MP3, MP4, VCD, DVD, calculator, electronic notepad, digital camera and other facial mask cases and nameplates;

Features
The maximum speed of this machine can reach 250MM per second, while the impact noise does not exceed 80 decibels, which is equivalent to a normal conversation in an office.
The carbon fiber heating tube with rapid heating, small thermal lag and uniform heat generation has a lifespan (continuous point burning) of no less than 6,000 hours. Long-term operation of this machine by staff can enhance blood circulation in the human body, accelerate metabolism and boost immunity.
This machine can be used for both forming and punching by simply changing the mold.
The heating element of this machine is fully enclosed with heat insulation cotton on all sides. When in standby mode, the external radiation power only accounts for 10% of the heating power. The external radiation power of the conventional IMD hot press forming machine in the market is as high as 50%. In the hot summer, 10 units of 4KW conventional IMD equipment need to be equipped with 10 units of 5P air conditioners. And our hydraulic IMD equipment only requires two units.
