High Rotating Speed Crusher with Double Rollers
Features
The double roll crusher is made of wear-resistant alloys in high strength, machine utilizes strength caused by rollers’ counter rotating to crush materials. After materials are put into tank, materials are crushed into fine particles by strength of rotating tooth force of both rollers and then fine particles are output from tank. Gap between rollers can be adjusted randomly in a range of 0mm-20mm, and granularity of particles can be controlled according to requirement.
Brief Introduction
The double-roll crusher is used for medium and fine crushing of raw materials, such as coal, gangue, coke, limestone, pyrite, phosphate rock and other materials, and its crushing mode is counter roll extrusion type.
Roller crusher is widely used in mineral processing, chemical industry, cement, refractories, abrasives, building materials and other fields, especially in the building materials industry to crush Cucumis and mungbean sand and other products, with better effect than general crushing machinery.
Working Principle
1. The roller crusher is mainly composed of roller, roller support bearing, pressing and adjusting device and driving device.
2. Adjustment of discharge grain size: wedge or gasket adjustment device is installed between two roller wheels, and adjustment bolt is installed at the top of wedge device. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge block, the wedge block pushes the movable roller wheel away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two roller wheels becomes larger and the discharge grain size becomes larger. When the wedge block is downward, the gap between the two roller wheels becomes smaller and the discharge grain size becomes smaller under the action of compression spring 。 The gasket device adjusts the size of the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket. When the gasket is increased, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger; when the gasket is reduced, the gap between the two rollers becomes smaller, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller.
3. The driving mechanism is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to a grooved wheel to drive the roller and rotate in a relative direction. When crushing materials, the materials pass through the roller from the feed port, and are crushed by rolling. The crushed products are discharged from the bottom of the underframe.
4. For safety, the transmission part shall install the safety cover according to the actual situation.
