Lab X Fluorescence Special Steel Ring Mold
The special fluorescent steel ring mold is used for the molding of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer samples. The stainless steel ring is used as the support ring of the sample. The tablet pressing speed is fast and the molding effect is good. There are two common steel ring mold specifications on the market. The most common size is: Ф40-Ф32mm, that is, the outer diameter of the steel ring is Ф40mm, the inner diameter of the steel ring is Ф32mm, and the sample size is Ф32mm. The second is: Ф32-Ф24mm, that is, the outer diameter of the steel ring is Ф32mm, the inner diameter of the steel ring is Ф24mm, and the sample size is Ф24mm. The sheet thickness is 5-8mm high. Other special mold sizes, specifications, shapes, materials, etc. can be customized according to customer needs.
