Principle Of Laser Welding:

After a series of processing, the laser emitted by the laser generator highly concentrates the energy in a very small range after focusing by the lens. If the processed material absorbs the laser better, the material in the irradiated area will rise rapidly because it absorbs the laser energy. According to different material properties(such as melting point, boiling point and temperature of chemical change), the workpiece will undergo a series of physical or chemical changes, such as melting, gasification, oxide formation, discoloration and so on.
