Product Description

30V 20A Charge / 20A Discharge 40-Channel Battery Pack Aging Test Cabinet with Energy-Saving Function

I.Equipment Principle and Composition

1.1 Host Computer: The host computer software serves as the primary human-machine interaction tool, enabling functions such as device startup, shutdown, pause, and resumption. The host computer is responsible for collecting and processing battery aging data, and outputs the test results required by the client.

1.2 Central Control Unit (CCU): The CCU serves as the central control management software for the device, performing calculations on battery parameters such as capacity and charge level.

1.3 Bidirectional ACDC+LLC Isolated DCDC: During charging, this module draws power from the grid, which is then regulated by the bidirectional DCDC to charge the battery. During discharging, it feeds back the energy transmitted by the bidirectional DCDC to the grid.

1.4 Bidirectional DCDC (Buck/Boost): This non-isolated DCDC module provides all required current and voltage outputs for battery charging and discharging, including constant current charging, constant voltage charging, and constant current discharging

II.Scope of Application

The system is designed for integrated cycle testing of lithium battery packs, including charging, discharging, functional testing, and data monitoring, and is applied to electric tools, solar energy storage, toy cars, scooters, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and home energy storage systems.

III. Equipment Environmental Requirements and Technical Parameters

3.1 Full-unit power supply: AC voltage 380V ±10%, frequency 50Hz ±10%.

3.2 Ambient temperature: -10 to 45°C;

3.3 The environment is free from strong vibrations, corrosive gases, and flammable or explosive gases.

IV.Feature Introduction

4.1 Charging and Discharging Functions: Features constant current and constant voltage charging, constant current discharging, and battery capacity recording during charging and discharging processes.

4.2 Voltage protection test: Verify the battery's charge and discharge protection functions by performing charge and discharge cycles.

4.3 Safety Protection: Features include anti-reverse connection protection, power failure data protection, support for continuous testing, voltage upper/lower limit setting protection, and safe discharge current protection.

4.4 The system employs high-frequency isolation technology to maintain complete separation from the power grid, ensuring safe and stable operation.

4.5 The bidirectional AC/DC module employs space vector modulation technology with digital control, achieving high voltage utilization efficiency and reduced current harmonic diversion.

4.6 Enables internal conversion of dual-channel charge-discharge energy;

4.7 The DCDC module employs advanced PID control technology and multiple protection mechanisms to ensure stable operation of the equipment.

4.8 Energy Recycling (DC Busbar Efficiency ≥93%): This system enables energy recycling, allowing battery discharge energy to be fed back into the grid.

4.9 Seamless switching between constant current and constant voltage modes without any voltage/current surges, effectively preventing battery tab debinding caused by heat accumulation from peak currents.

4.10 The voltage and current are sampled using a four-wire system, which ensures high sampling accuracy and excellent long-term stability.

4.11 Supports barcode input for batteries, with traceable historical test data.
