1 .Function description
CCD visual inspection testers are deployed in battery pack assembly lines to replace manual visual checking. They rapidly and accurately verify the polarity orientation of cylindrical cells and modules with consistent stability, effectively identifying positive/negative electrode misalignment. This avoids major safety hazards resulting from reverse polarity assembly. CCD detector is an automatic equipment for lithium cylindrical battery processing, which has the function of automatically detecting the positive and negative poles of lithium battery cylindrical cells.

The cell enters the detection area → sampling and scanning → positive and negative electrode detection → NG automatic detection → OK .
