Ⅰ、Product Overview
This device is simple and easy to learn, easy to operate, and has a low failure rate. It is mainly suitable for the welding of polymer battery tabs. It can achieve automatic rotating pole ear welding and automatic material receiving, with controllable welding current. Simply manually put the battery and welding line into the fixture to start the program, and automatic welding can be carried out.
Ⅱ、Product features
This equipment has six product workstations that can be used for circular placement of products for welding, improving production efficiency. Positive and negative electrode ears are welded point by point, reducing the defect rate of virtual welding. Mechanical suction cups are used to adsorb and move the discharge, greatly improving production safety and efficiency.
