DESCRIPTION

300-350mm Pressure Controlled Hydraulic Hot RollerPress Machine With Optional Winding & Unwinding System

1. Function

The rolling press machine is the main equipment in the continuous rolling production line, consisting of a rigid frame, a roll pair, a universal coupling, a motor reducer, a gas-liquid boosting system, a gap adjustment system, an electrical control system, a feeding guard plate, and a roller surface cleaning mechanism.

The main function is to achieve the appropriate density of the electrode under the rolling of the roller, and to meet the thickness requirements of the electrode according to the coating thickness. This equipment adopts a ball screw wedge iron gap adjustment structure to adjust the roller gap, and the linear speed is adjusted through a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation.

 

3. Basic parameters

3.1. Configure power supply

Three phase five wire AC380V, 50Hz, voltage fluctuation range:+10%~-10%; The maximum starting power of the equipment is 31kW.

 

3.2. Compressed air

1) 0.6MPa~0.8MPa, pressure fluctuation ± 1% (clean air after water removal, oil free, filtration, and pressure stabilization), compressed air consumption: 0.3m3/h.

4. Main component configuration

4.1 Unwinding mechanism

This device is used to support the coil material to be rolled and transport it to the calender machine for rolling. This device consists of a frame, linear bearings, deviation correction device, pneumatic expansion shaft, servo and tension controller, guide rollers, and other parts.

Unwinding roller: diameter Ф 76mm, effective length 550mm; Equipped with control valve and inflation shaft, equipped with inflation gun

Maximum unwinding diameter: Ф 400mm

Unwinding capacity: 300kg

Tension controller: 0-25N. m (adjustable), using French Corti tension control device

Deviation correction equipment: Adopting Dongdeng control system, the controller accuracy is ± 0.2mm (Re).

 

4.2 Rolling press mechanism(the parameter of 1st roller and 2nd roller is the same)

It is equipped with a collection box, and the blade cleaning consists of two sets of upper and lower rollers;

4.3 Rewinding mechanism

The function of the winder is to wind the compacted electrode material onto the core shaft. This device consists of a frame, linear bearings, deviation correction device, pneumatic expansion shaft, servo winding, servo and tension controller, guide roller, and other parts.

1) . Winding shaft: Inflation shaft diameter: Ф 76mm effective length: 550mm, with control valve and inflation shaft, equipped with inflation gun

4.4. Electrical control system:

The electrical part of the entire equipment is controlled by the operation panel on the electric control cabinet, consisting of the main rolling motor frequency converter, winding motor, electric boosting system, servo motor, tension controller, and other components.

1) The unwinding machine is controlled by a tension controller through a servo motor to control the unwinding tension.

2) The calender machine is driven by the main motor (variable frequency speed regulation motor 1.5kW * 2), which drives the roll to rotate through a reducer and universal coupling. The variable frequency speed regulation is achieved through frequency converter control.

3) The winding machine is driven by a winding motor to drive the winding shaft to achieve winding. The tension controller controls the winding tension through a servo motor.

4) The electric boosting system drives the lifting of the rolling lower roller by controlling the lifting of the oil cylinder through electronic control.

5) The winding and unwinding correction control is completed by driving the unwinding machine and the winding machine correction device to work through the driving motor.
