300℃ Rectangular Electric Heating Mold With Temperature Controller

Rectangular electric heating mold is a kind of heating mold developed on the basis of ordinary square mold that can heat and press mold samples through intelligent temperature controller to control temperature. This type of mold can be used to press powder or granular samples into rectangles, strips, squares, triangles and other shapes through a press. The specific mold size and shape can be customized according to customer needs. Suitable for rubber, plastics, leather, chemicals, paints, electronic appliances, textiles, hardware and other major fields. It is a qualitative supporting equipment for the engineering and technical personnel of various universities, colleges and research institutes to carry out spectral detection and analysis.

Standard configuration: usually 1 set of rectangular electric heating mold + 1 set of high temperature insulation board + 1 temperature controller. Tablet press and water cooler are optional. If the mold needs to be cooled quickly after heating, it is recommended to configure a water cooler.
