Introduction

ZP-29D is a new model double pressure rotary tablet press machine,and is suitable for continuously pressing powder and particle into round tablets, special-shaped tablets, double color and annular tablet.maximum press diameter 24mm, maximum pressure 100kn, maximum capacity 110,000 pcs/h, maximum press thickness 12mm,it is suitable for pressing that material that is difficult formed into tablet,meet the requirements of cGMP production.

Main Features

This machine adopts double pressure, with 29 sets of mold,At the same speed,the output is twice the single pressure.Maximum press diameter 24mm, maximum capacity 110,000pcs/h, maximum press thickness 12mm.

The turntable is made of nodular cast iron and strictly implemented for 12 months,which is hard, wearable,non-toxic and smooth,which fully meets the requirements of cGMP.

The upper and downlink rail motion adopts the cosine curve, the turntable add damping structure, the acceleration is 0, no jump and more stable operation.

The sensitivity of the hand wheel is 0.1mm, and adjust the pressure, filling volume more accurately.

Lower pressure wheel shaft and the lower rail guide are installed with the casting subtraction structure (new patent), which is convenient for disassemble, maintenance and repla cement.
