1-11 Positioning System

B. Precise fit between the lower flange of the upper barrel and the positioning lug of the stirring barrel ensures reasonable position and accurate positioning
1-12 Distribution Cabinet
Functions such as vacuum device operations, variable frequency speed control, temperature display (control), lighting, lifting, emergency stop, etc., are displayed and operated on the distribution cabinet; Note: Dispersion has a timing function (optional, recommended for the user, not included in the regular design)
1-13 Safe Operation
A. Relying on the inverter and limit switches, the upper barrel automatically stops when it reaches the set position through a specially designed control route;
B. The mixing and dispersion cannot start while the upper barrel is raising, and similarly, the upper barrel cannot lift while mixing materials and cannot open the mixing barrel;
C. The circuit design including proximity switches ensures that the planetary components cannot lift under vacuum;
D. Special vacuum buffer tank design prevents backflow of vacuum pump oil into the mixing barrel
