Lab Boric Acid Mold For X Fluorescence


The special boric acid mold for X fluorescence is to wrap the sample with boric acid powder and then press the powder to form it, which is mainly used for sample preparation and molding of X fluorescence spectrometer samples. At present, there are two common boric acid mold specifications on the market. First, the most common size is: Ф40-Ф32mm, that is, the outer diameter is Ф40mm, the sample size is Ф32mm, 40-32=8, that is, the boric acid size of the wrapped sample is 8mm. The second is: Ф32-Ф24mm, that is, the outer diameter is Ф32mm, the sample size is Ф24mm, 32-24=8, that is, the size of the boric acid wrapped sample is also 8mm. The sheet thickness is 5-8mm high. Other special mold sizes, specifications, shapes, materials, etc. can be customized according to customer needs.
