Lab Split Hot Calender Roller Press Machine For Glove Box Use
1. Overview
This rolling press is specially designed for the rolling process of small lithium battery electrodes. It adopts single-phase 220V power supply and is suitable for laboratory test lines of universities and enterprises.
The heated two-roll mill is developed for material researchers. It is applicable to manual rolling of battery materials, small amounts of precious metals such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous metals including copper and aluminum in laboratories. The rolling thickness is adjustable with easy operation. It is especially ideal for thinning and densifying lithium battery pole plates for clean energy applications.
2. Working Principle
The equipment adopts a reduction motor to drive high-hardness pressing rolls. The gap between the two rolls is mechanically adjusted to compress and shape electrodes and improve their compact density.
