I. Summary :
This roller press model is specifically designed for the rolling process of small lithium electrode sheets, operating on a single-phase 220V power supply and suitable for use in university and industrial testing lines. The heating-type pair roller press is tailored for material researchers, ideal for manual rolling of battery materials, small quantities of precious metals such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum in laboratory settings. It features adjustable rolling thickness and simple operation, making it particularly suitable for thinning and density enhancement of lithium battery plates made from clean energy materials.
II. Working Principle:
This device is driven by a reduction motor to operate a high-hardness pressing roller. The roller gap is mechanically adjusted to compress and shape the electrode sheets, thereby increasing their mass density.
