Introduction to NMP solvent products
N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), a nitrogen Heterocyclic compound, has a series of excellent physical and chemical properties. NMP has high boiling point, strong polarity, low viscosity, strong solubility, no corrosion, low toxicity, strong biodegradability, low volatility, excellent chemical stability, and thermal stability. It is widely used in many fields such as petrochemical, plastic industry, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, and lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
The characteristics of NMP include transparent liquid, boiling point 204 ℃, flash point 95 ℃, low viscosity, slight ammonia flavor, good chemical and thermal stability, high polarity, low volatility, and the ability to dissolve with water in any ratio. NMP is the main component of exhaust gas emitted in the production of lithium-ion batteries, which is a toxic gas with a content of 0.06% to 0.5%.

  



Water cooled recovery system
Energy saving: Adopting multi-stage condensation method, replacing the traditional method of using a runner or compressor;
Long term stability: Our company's recycling systems are all made of corrosion-resistant, stainless steel and other materials, achieving stable performance (recovery rate, concentration).
Good safety performance: The system is designed with a fault handling device, which will not produce backflow or suffocation when encountering sudden faults, and will not affect the normal operation of the coating machine. By using multi-stage condensation, the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to 23 ℃, which can be cooled and recycled into NMP waste liquid.


Segmented recycling system
Purpose and Main Composition: Mainly used to absorb NMP gas discharged from the outside, it mainly consists of an absorption tower, magnetic pump, fan, liquid concentration detector, regulating valve, regular packing, mist eliminator, etc.
Action process:
Add pure water → Gas into the tower → Circulating liquid → Recovery liquid discharge → Gas discharge → Add pure water

High tower recycling system

The chemical absorption tower treatment technology using pure water as the medium and positive pressure countercurrent adopts corrugated packing and wire mesh packing technology. The corrugated packing and wire mesh packing are combined and processed into regular packing using the latest technology. The outer hoop of each layer of packing is flanged to prevent wall flow, and there is no heating operation inside the tower, which is safe and reliable. The recovery rate of NMP is over 99.5%, and the NMP content in exhaust emissions is ≤ 50mg/m3.



Waste heat recovery (heat recovery)
Adopting plate heat exchange method, the material is aluminum, fully welded, and pressure maintaining test is required.
The products are widely used in ventilation, energy recovery, cooling, heating, dehumidification, and waste heat recovery in industries such as new energy, heating, electricity, telecommunications, textiles, automobiles, food, healthcare, agriculture, animal husbandry, grilling, and drying.
Gas exchange mode: cross type, counter current type, cross type counter current type, etc.


Waste heat recovery (total heat recovery)
In addition to exchanging temperature, a total heat exchanger also exchanges humidity. During the heat exchange process of high-temperature and high humidity gases, the temperature rise on the low-temperature side is more pronounced. In the air, besides gas molecules carrying heat, water molecules also carry heat, with a higher proportion than gas molecules. Humidity exchange brings higher heat exchange efficiency. In addition, due to the ability to exchange moisture, the total heat exchanger can also adjust the humidity of the return air.

Applied to: coating heat recovery for high-end power, energy storage, high rate batteries, and high nickel system coating heat recovery, as well as temperature and humidity control during chip manufacturing process.
