1200℃ Compact Vacuum Hot Press Furnace


Overview

Vacuum hot press furnace is a kind of equipment which combines vacuum / atmosphere, hot pressing and high temperature sintering. It is suitable for high temperature hot forming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics. For example, it can be used in the vacuum sintering of transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics and other metals, as well as alloy materials composed of refractory metals, as well as the high temperature sintering of ceramic materials silicon carbide and silicon nitride. It can also be used in the heat treatment of powders and compacts at a temperature lower than the melting point of the main components, so as to improve their strength through the metallurgical combination between particles. Vacuum hot press furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace door, heating and heat preservation and temperature measurement system, vacuum system, air charging system, water cooling system, control system and pressure system.


Furnace body: double-layer 304 stainless steel water-cooling structure, precision polishing, beautiful and generous.


Heating insulation and temperature measurement system: the heating system adopts Sweden Canthal A1 resistance wire to ensure the best temperature uniformity. The furnace material imported from Japan is adopted as the thermal insulation material, which has good thermal insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field and strong resistance to heat expansion and cold contraction. The temperature is controlled by thyristor, equipped with PID function instrument, digital display meter, with overtemperature acoustooptic alarm function, PLC touch screen automatic control can also be selected, and historical data can be retained, so as to facilitate the analysis of sintering process.


Vacuum system: it is composed of mechanical pump, inflation valve, vent valve, vacuum valve, vacuum pressure gauge, bellows, vacuum pipeline and bracket.


Gas charging system: it is composed of various pipes and valves, and can be equipped with explosion-proof system. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safety value, it will automatically deflate. A needle valve is installed on the inflation pipeline, and a flowmeter can be selected to control the inflation volume, which is used for the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen required for sintering process.


Control system: it is composed of PLC, temperature control meter, vacuum meter, ammeter, voltmeter, air switch, AC contactor, relay, thyristor, button, indicator light, etc. to realize power supply, control, record, monitoring, alarm protection functions.


Pressurization system: it is composed of load cell, pressure transmitter, etc. it can adjust the pressure through the touch screen installed on the furnace body, and can realize voltage stabilization and pressure maintenance.

1)Generally, the gas in the furnace tube can be pumped out by roughly vacuumizing:TW-1.5A single-stage pump would be fine

2) The double-stage pump FX16(2XZ-4B) vacuum pump can pump the vacuum degree of tube furnace tube to about 10Pa. (standard)

3)The VS-0.1 vacuum system can pump the vacuum degree in the tube furnace to 0.1Pa (with resistance vacuum meter display).

4)VS high vacuum system (composed of molecular and mechanical pump) can pump the vacuum degree in the tube furnace to 10-3 Pa.

5)Constant pressure pump (the system can control the pressure in the pipe within - 100.0KPa ~ 100.0KPa).

6) British (INFICON) capacitance vacuum gauge (measuring range: 3.8x10-5 -1125 Torr, it can detect various gases, including mixed gases, with accurate measurement, good repeatability, and optional anti-corrosion type: PCG554)

Safety protection system

The furnace body is equipped with air switch and fuse. When the current exceeds the rated current of air switch, the air switch will automatically jump off and effectively protect the furnace.

Switch protection system
