DESCRIPTION

Lab Furnace Assembly Hydrogen Igniter


Purpose 

DHQ igniter is mainly used for exhaust gas treatment. If the exhaust gas from the heating furnace is directly discharged, it is a little dangerous. DHQ igniter can burn the discharged combustible gas.


The structure of the igniter

DHQ igniter is composed of burner, high pressure package, intelligent controller, indicator light, solenoid valve, copper tube, flame detector, etc.


Operation process

 (1) Ignition preparation: After the combustible gas is introduced into the furnace or furnace tube, (Note: The pressure of the combustible gas in the furnace tube and the furnace must be less than the specified 0.02MPa of our furnace, otherwise the pressure will be too large and the furnace tube will be charged. In the event of danger, the user must adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve so that the gas pressure from the pressure reducing valve is less than 0.02MPa. Choose a better pressure reducing valve with lower pressure reduction). Power up the ignition system.


(2) Ignition: Turn the power switch clockwise and press the ignition button, the control system enters the external light source and self-test phase. If during this period, the burner controller does not detect the flame signal, proceed to the next step and open the gas valve to ignite. If the controller detects a flame during this period (that is, it detects a flame without ignition), the alarm will alarm and the yellow warning light will turn on.
The ignition is normal
The controller opens the gas solenoid valve while supplying power to the ignition transformer. If the flame signal is detected within the safe time tZ (about 5 seconds), the indicator light turns green and the ignition process ends.
Ignition failure

If the flame signal is not detected within the safe time, the controller will cut off the gas supply (the solenoid valve is disconnected), the alarm will alarm, and the yellow warning light will turn on.

Reset:

Press the reset button, see the yellow light goes out and the alarm sound disappears, it is a normal reset. If the yellow light does not go out and the alarm sound does not disappear, turn off the controller switch and turn it on again.


(3) The valve or flowmeter of the inlet tube furnace or the atmosphere furnace can be adjusted to control the inlet flow rate. If the inlet flow rate is too large, the burner will burn more gas, so that the burner will easily generate heat. It is easy to burn out the burner and control the size of the intake air flow.


Ignition process

Turn on the ignition button, open the solenoid valve, the gas flows out to the ignition nozzle, the ignition nozzle sprays electric spark to ignite, the flame detector detects the flame, the ignition is successful, the green light is on; the flame detector does not detect the flame, the ignition fails, the yellow light is on and accompanied There is an alarm sound, and the air inlet solenoid valve is automatically closed.

Precautions

(1) The ignition cable should be less than 1m and the longest 5m. The longer the cable, the greater the ignition power consumption. Do not wear in metal pipes and keep away from flame monitoring cables.
(2) The flame monitoring cable should be far away from the main power source and other radiation sources that can cause electromagnetic interference.
(3) The pressure of the combustible gas in the furnace tube and the furnace must be less than 0.02MPa specified by our furnace, otherwise the pressure will be too high and the furnace tube will be charged, which will cause danger. Please adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to reduce The gas pressure from the pressure valve is less than 0.02MPa. Choose a better pressure reducing valve with lower pressure reduction.
