TMAX-YF200 vacuum pre-sealing machine is mainly used for sealing aluminum-laminated case in glove box after injection of electrolyte into pouch Li-ion cell or after formation for final seal (polymer Li-Ion cell). Heatable sealer blade is built into the chamber, automatically sealing the aluminum film pouch case for polymer battery. This equipment is suitable for laboratory pouch cell assembly line.

Pouch cell vacuum pre-sealing machine can be used in the glove box, it has pipes to let the controller box outside the glove box and just sealing box in glove box, first, it can save some space, second, it can also protect the controller box without electrolyte corrosion.
